Mr. Shashank Gupta is the Founder Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Since founding Expressworks Consultancy, Mr. Gupta has expanded the company from a start-up company to a global enterprise.
He has a diverse experience of building and operating successful and profitable business for leading multinational and managing their business across the globe. His greatest assets are his public relation skills.
He has over 15 years of past experience and is leading the operations of the company in Asia Pacific, United States and Middle East. He is expanding his business and developing professional relationships with government agencies, and other HR and business associations across the globe.
Under his leadership, the company has received various awards and recognitions.
Mr. Gupta holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and is responsible for crafting vision and strategy, leading the company, and ensuring execution of operations worldwide.
The dream which was visualised was turned into reality by Mr. Shashank Gupta.
Ms. Ritu Agarwal
Co-Founder Director of Expressworks Consultancy
Ms. Agarwal serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Finance, Accounts, Financial Planning and Strategy and Business Operations. She manages and oversees all legal matters and corporate affairs of the company.
Her association with Expressworks has help the company in ensuring proper and timely compliances of all legal formalities and in achieving profitable growth by developing strategic and operating plans.
She holds Bachelor degree in the field of Commerce and Law. She is also the fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Mr.Manpreet Singh
Vice President – Human Resource Officer (Middle East) of Expressworks Consultancy
Mr. Singh is serving as Vice President and Human Resource Officer of the Company and is responsible for handling overseas Clientele.
Mr. Singh is a B. Tech Graduate and also holds Masters degree in Business Administration in Finance with a Human Resources Concentration. He possess a rich 12 years’ experience of working in Gulf countries which makes him more appropriate to fit in the company’s profile at present.
He manages talent acquisition in Middle East and is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage all employees and establishing the culture, systems and training to solve problems.
He is a result driven professional and has demonstrated supreme ability to successfully partner with teams and clients to achieve objectives and implement strategies.
Ms. Shalini Gupta
Vice President – Human Resource Officer (PAN India) of Expressworks Consultancy
Ms. Gupta is the Vice President and Human Resource Officer of the company and is serving the clients PAN India.
She possesses a rich experience of more than 12 years and she has seen Expressworks Consultancy evolve through the years and has been an integral part of it. She creates integrated talent acquisition plans and ensures that human resources technologies are aligned and consistent across PAN India.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business in Administration with a Human Resources Concentration. She has earlier served in ICICI Group and Lovely Professional University and now associated with Expressworks Consultancy for more than a decade.
