Mr. Shashank Gupta is the Founder Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Since founding Expressworks Consultancy, Mr. Gupta has expanded the company from a start-up company to a global enterprise.
He has a diverse experience of building and operating successful and profitable business for leading multinational and managing their business across the globe. His greatest assets are his public relation skills.
He has over 15 years of past experience and is leading the operations of the company in Asia Pacific, United States and Middle East. He is expanding his business and developing professional relationships with government agencies, and other HR and business associations across the globe.
Under his leadership, the company has received various awards and recognitions.
Mr. Gupta holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and is responsible for crafting vision and strategy, leading the company, and ensuring execution of operations worldwide.
The dream which was visualised was turned into reality by Mr. Shashank Gupta.
Mr.Manpreet Singh
Vice President – Human Resource Officer (Middle East) of Expressworks Consultancy
Mr. Singh is serving as Vice President and Human Resource Officer of the Company and is responsible for handling overseas Clientele.
Mr. Singh is a B. Tech Graduate and also holds Masters degree in Business Administration in Finance with a Human Resources Concentration. He possess a rich 12 years’ experience of working in Gulf countries which makes him more appropriate to fit in the company’s profile at present.
He manages talent acquisition in Middle East and is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage all employees and establishing the culture, systems and training to solve problems.
He is a result driven professional and has demonstrated supreme ability to successfully partner with teams and clients to achieve objectives and implement strategies.
